They say they put people first, but my experience really didn’t feel that way. Everything felt super rushed, and I felt kind of brushed off. Support was slow too, and overall I just didn’t feel cared for at all...

"Packaging felt a bit cheap"
The packaging was kind of a letdown. It looked a little thrown together, almost like it was printed in a rush or not really checked over properly. I’m not super picky about packaging, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit nicer when opening it. Just didn’t give the best first impression, in my opinion.

"Got completely the wrong items"
I ordered two black shirts from Day-1, sure I placed the order on my lunch break because I remember double-checking the color before heading back to work. When the package showed up, it had one white hoodie in it and some random size I definitely never selected. I contacted support and they asked me to send photos, which I did right away, and then they just stopped responding. Not really sure what happened, but this was my first order from them and definitely my last.

"Selection Could Be Better"
I was expecting a bit more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A few categories looked almost empty, and a lot of the things I searched for just weren’t there. It’s not a bad site, but if people can’t find what they’re looking for quickly, they’re probably going to look somewhere else. That’s basically what I ended up doing.

"I was hoping to make a custom gift..."
I was hoping to make a custom gift that felt a little more personal, but the personalization options were limited. The preview also wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting. It kind of felt like they made it sound more flexible than it actually was. Overall, not really worth it for me.

"Looks nice, but the price is hard to justify"
I gave day-1.com a try, it feels a bit too expensive for what you actually get. The site looks clean and polished, I'll give it that, but I kept thinking, “Wait, is this really worth the price?” There just wasn’t enough useful stuff there for me to feel good about paying that much. Maybe it works better for someone else, who knows, but I’ve seen cheaper options that do basically the same thing. Not terrible or anything, just not worth the money in my experience.

"Not my favorite flavor, unfortunately"
I was actually excited to try this and the packaging was nice, so I had decent hopes going in. But the taste just didn’t work for me at all — it had this weird sour flavor and a bad aftertaste that lingered. I couldn’t finish it. Maybe someone else might like it if they prefer that kind of flavor, but it’s just not something I’d buy again.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but I felt lost pretty much from the start. I was trying to do the basic stuff and kept thinking, wait… where am I supposed to click? It just didn’t feel very intuitive.

"Felt Left in the Dark"
I reached out expecting a simple update or at least some kind of response, but then the waiting started. At first I figured they were just busy, so I gave it some time. Then more time passed, and I still barely heard anything back. It got really frustrating because I felt like I was the one constantly wondering what was going on. A little communication would have made the whole experience so much better.

I sent it back weeks ago, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Weeks ago. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but they keep ignoring me, which is really frustrating.

"Frustrating site to deal with"
The site was annoying to use. I was trying to find basic stuff, but the pages loaded weird and the menus felt all over the place. I also got charged, which was frustrating, but I’m not even worried about an update at this point. I just got fed up and left.

"Delivery was unreliable"
My delivery missed the promised date, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea what was going on. I ended up having to chase support myself, and all I got back were those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies that don’t actually fix anything. Frustrating, especially if you need your order to arrive on time...

"Not sure what I expected, but support was disappointing"
I messaged customer service and thought I’d get some kind of helpful reply quickly. Maybe I was being too optimistic, but I waited way too long and didn’t really get anything useful back. I ended up having to chase them, and even then it felt like nobody was actually trying to help. Makes me wonder if I should’ve handled it differently, but either way, the support experience wasn’t great

"Didn’t feel right to me"
I checked out day-1.com and, i just didn’t get a very trustworthy vibe from it. Maybe I’m being overly cautious or reading too much into it, but there wasn’t enough clear information for me, and a few things felt a bit off. I’m not saying it’s definitely a scam because I really don’t know, but I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable putting my details in there. In the end, I decided it was better to stay away.

"Ingredient info felt too vague"
I checked out day-1.com because I was curious. But yeah... the ingredient info just didn’t give me enough. Not clear amounts. Some parts of the formula felt kind of unclear too. And for something I’d be taking every day? I need to know exactly what’s in it. Maybe other people are fine with it, maybe it works for them. But I couldn’t get comfortable buying when the label details weren’t easy to verify.
"Billing details felt a little buried"
I used day-1.com for a little while, and overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the subscription and billing info wasn’t as easy to find as I expected. I had to click around more than I should’ve, and it kind of made me wonder if they don’t want people noticing the details too quickly. Maybe that wasn’t the intention, but that’s how it came across to me. I just wish the billing stuff was clearer and more upfront.
